Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using Manifesto, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service Manifesto is a vision board creation application that allows users to create and customize digital vision boards, add photos, text, and stickers to boards, apply filters and styling to content, export and share vision boards as images, and display vision boards via iOS widgets.
User Account & Privacy Manifesto does not require account creation. We respect your privacy:
Local Storage: All data, including photos and boards, is stored locally on your device.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any content you create within the App.
Free Features The free version of Manifesto includes up to 3 vision boards, up to 15 stickers or photos per board, and basic editing features.
Premium Subscription Premium subscriptions unlock unlimited boards and stickers. Available options include:
Weekly: $2.99 USD per week
Monthly: $4.99 USD per month
Yearly: $49.99 USD per year
Lifetime: $29.99 USD (One-time purchase)
Billing and Cancellation Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.
Refunds All purchases are processed directly through Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple support according to their refund policy. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.
Intellectual Property Manifesto, including its design, features, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Alejandro Ortega. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you create using Manifesto. Your vision boards and created images remain entirely yours.
Acceptable Use You agree not to use Manifesto to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any laws. You must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, create content depicting minors inappropriately, distribute malware, or violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
Data Loss We are not responsible for any loss of data, including vision boards, images, or settings, due to device malfunction, app updates, or deletion of the App. We recommend regularly exporting important boards to your photo library.
Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Welcome to Manifesto ("we," "us," or "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy serves to inform you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our mobile application ("the App").

We prioritize privacy by design. We generally do not collect personal identifiable information (PII) such as your name, address, or phone number.
- User Content: The vision boards, images, and text you create are stored locally on your device and/or your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to your private content.
- Usage Data: Any data collected is minimal and strictly for the purpose of improving App performance (e.g., crash diagnostics)
3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
We do not process or store your payment information. All subscriptions and purchases are managed directly by Apple through the App Store. Apple may provide us with anonymous data regarding your subscription status to unlock premium features.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App may use third-party services that collect information used to identify you, specifically Apple Services (iCloud, App Store). Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for more details.
